The program helps seniors to stay connected with friends and family by using technology * participants will receive individual training in their own home, once a week for three months * training is provided by volunteers * tablets are available on loan and access to the internet can be provided, if required

- Texting/Messaging
- Social media
- Video calls (FaceTime/Zoom)
- Games
- Online safety
